2\. Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs)
CCA is an integral component of students’ journey in Secondary School. In their CCA journey, students discover their interests and talents. Through CCA, there are numerous platforms and experiences to develop their character, learn values, social emotional competencies and skills to prepare them for future challenges.
CCA also provides opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds to learn and interact, developing friendships and deepening sense of belonging to the school and community.
At Marsiling Secondary School, we offer 4 categories of CCAs. In order to have a deeper insight of how students are engaged in different CCAs, students will go through a customised CCA experience through sharings by CCA Councillors as well as short videos of CCA activities.
Do check out the CCA videos to learn more about the CCA that you are interested in.

3\. Student Leadership
Our Vision: Leading Self and Others towards Excellence
Our Mission: To Grow Leaders with Good Moral and Performance Character
At MSS, all students are challenged to overcome thoughtfully designed outdoor-based obstacles to nurture their self-leadership potential, practical problem-solving skills and ruggedness at their level camps. In addition to the outdoor experiences, students are also challenged to take on student leadership positions in school.
The school believes that every student capable of developing into students with strong leadership qualities, upright in character and genuinely cares for their peers and community.
Every Marsilian – A Dynamic, Confident and Caring Leader
Altogether, there are six student leadership groups for Marsilians to choose from. Each group represents an important area defined by the school for students to contribute and grow. They are the Class Council, Student Council, Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) Council, Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Council, Environment Council (EC) and Outdoor Education (OE) Council.
Interested students can select their choice council at Secondary One before being appointed at Secondary Two.
